After the sad loss of Peter, in December 2021, Mike and Nick decided that the show must go on and, as WILBURY JAM 2, gave their inaugural concert to a capacity audience as part of the HURST FESTIVAL on 24th Sept 2023.
Wilbury Jam 2 is a recipe for quality, all-round entertainment. The essential ingredients are the combined talents of its two members, Mike Wood and Nick Forrest.
A multi-instrumentalist, Mike Wood enables WJ2 to have a variety of instrumental line ups for different numbers and Nick Forrest's versatile voice allows the band to tackle many different genres.
Sit back and enjoy beautifully arranged ballads, popular numbers and comedy songs from iconic acts such as The Beatles, Eva Cassidy, Cat Stevens (Yusuf), Alison Krauss and Queen
and join in with WJ’s action packed audience participation numbers.
